Elwira
Burska-Szubarga
In 1970 she
finished her studies at University in Toruń in Art
Restauration & Consarvation. She got a grant from italian
Ministero dei Beni Culturali. She directed many of the
renovation works in Poland and abroad: in Germany, Russia,
Sweden and Belarus.
She is also a
painter and she took part in various individual and group
exhibitions. In 1986-1992 she
belonged to a
Warsaw Realistic Group. Nowadays
she works on abstraction paintings. In 2006 she was
Talens Prize Winner.
