Born in Lida county in the Novogrodek province in 1927.
He completed his painting studies in the Belarusian Minsk in 1952.
From 1969 to 1998 he had 14 individual exhibitions in Chojnow, Warsaw, Inowroclaw, Minsk, Sanniki, London and Stawanger.

He also participated in numerous exhibitions of Polish art abroad.
His artworks can be found in the collections of the Polish Military Museum, Regional Museum in Lublin, Mazowieckie Museum in Płock etc. and in private collections in the country and abroad.
