Yelpatov
Born in
1964 in Gorki (Niżni Nowgorod), Russia. In 1983 he graduated in School of Theater's Art in Odessa, and in 2001 graduated at Department of Painting in European Academy of Arts in
Warsaw. He is a member of Association of Polish Artists.
